VOCABULARY

A.  
a)   To place food over boiling water so that it cooks in the vapour.
b)   To cook food in an oven without extra fat or liquid.
c)   To cook thin strips of vegetables or meat quickly by stirring them in very hot oil.
d)   To fry food in a pan in shallow fat.
e)   To cook food in oil that covers it completely.
f)    To cook or wash something in boiling water.
g)   To cook food under or over a very strong heat.
